You’ve tried everything—doctors, generic PT, quick fixes—but you’re still in pain. I get it. After my last open-heart surgery, I was left with zero guidance on how to recover. No plan, no answers—just frustration.
I made every mistake in the book—pushing too hard, dealing with setbacks, feeling like I had no control over my own body. It wasn’t until years later, when I became a PT, that I finally learned what I wish I had known all along: there’s a better way.
That’s why I built Revenant Physical Therapy—to give you the expertise, strategy, and clarity that I never had. Whether you're dealing with lingering pain, struggling to return to the activities you love, or just looking for a smarter way to move and perform—I’ve got you covered.
I didn’t always know I’d become a physical therapist. In fact, I thought I’d be a psychologist. But life had other plans. After earning my B.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2016, I realized I was drawn to movement, rehab, and human resilience.
I went all in. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020 and haven’t stopped learning since. I’ve invested in post-graduate education in pain science, biomechanics, athletic rehab, and movement optimization.
But here’s the truth—none of that matters if I don’t connect with my clients. The best rehab isn’t just about exercises or fancy techniques. It’s about understanding your story, giving you a clear path forward, and making sure you know exactly how to take control of your body again.
Outside of work, I’m all about family, movement, and deep conversations. I have a big extended family, and they mean the world to me. You’ll usually find me watching football (Go Cowboys!), UFC, or diving into a good book. I love lifting weights, practicing yoga, and challenging myself both mentally and physically.
If there’s one thing I believe in, it’s growth. I’ve built Revenant PT on the foundation that pain isn’t a life sentence—and I’m here to make sure you don’t waste years chasing the wrong solutions.
You don’t have to live with uncertainty about your body. At Revenant PT, you’ll get a clear plan, expert care, and the tools to take control of your movement and performance.
